So far we have :-
The Baltic Fleet. Two secret tunnels leading from the cellar to the docklands and another leading to the old red light district of Cornhill, connected crews from square rigged ships with their most immediate needs, ale, whiskey and women. Not too much has changed......!
The White Star. was used by Bob Wooler and Alan Williams to pay the Beatles. Beatles and Maritime memorabilia crowd the walls. Its international reputation is recognised in brass plaques from twinned pubs in Czechoslovakia, Norway, Skien and Grimstead. An oasis in the centre of the Cavern Quarter. with great cask ales.
The Bar Light Ship. Berthed in Canning Dock. Built in 1959, ‘The Planet’ was the last manned Mersey Bar lightship until 1972 and later the UK's last manned lightship when repositioned off the Channel Islands. A cosy hold bar with pump ales, and unrivalled views from the upper deck of the Mersey River Front and famous Port and city buildings.
Liverpool Maria. Located just off the banks of the River Mersey in the Heart of the City Centre, Liverpool Marina is completely unique; the tranquil surroundings of these harbourside marina berths are something that is very rarely found in the normal hustle and bustle of a major City Centre. The stylish and comfortable marinas setting with the surrounding sights, buildings and sounds provide an intoxicating maritime backdrop to the elegant and striking harbourside marina clubhouse.
